Golden Fortune Tower

Located within the Barsha Heights community, adjacent to the Sheikh Zayed Road and within walking distance to the Dubai Metro station 2 Internet City, previously known as TECOM, it features a vibrant and popular residential and commercial mixed use community. The long rectangular shaped site is situated adjacent to a curvilinear road forming the central community artery road, and facing parallel to Sheik Zayed Road to the north. Destined as a mid-rise service apartment tower, it will feature standard Studio, deluxe studio and 1-Bedroom units. Residential facilities will include a residence-only clubhouse with swimming pool, spa and health club facilities at the roof terrace level. Public amenities include cafe / bar lounge, business centre featuring conference and board rooms and a communal work space with pantry. Commercial retail shops are located on the ground level to the northern edge of the site.
