Situated in the Liangjiang Avenue, adjacent to the new business center of Longsheng New City, the overall planning calls for a strong urban identity and dynamic functional planning to create a destination urban centre along the Liangjiang Avenue.

Our proposal creates a planning framework for a vibrant and interactive office park platform that caters to a start-up / entrepreneurial lifestyle development theme by mixing work and leisure in an 24/7 year round lifestyle theme through an integration of social hub network of interconnected office facilities in cellular clusters with flexibility in functional layout, shared interactive functional nodes facilitating cross enterprise communication, communal leisure facilities and all linked by an existing refurbished river with landscaped river banks that provides an inviting landscape promenade offering leisure/entertainment facilities for interdisciplinary and interactions as well as a place for public to gather and meet creating a true social and multi-users’ destination point that is open and inviting during the day and evening.
